Advisory Board - 2025 -2027

On May 21, 2025, Phi took an unprecedented and symbolic step by announcing its first Advisory Board made up exclusively of women. The initiative reinforces our commitment to valuing female leadership in the field of private social investment.

The purpose of the new board will be to provide strategic guidance, expand the network of relationships, support fundraising, disseminate good financial practices and strengthen Phi's institutional visibility.

"When I turned 10, I felt the need for external support in looking at the organization. Being able to count on people with different experiences will make all the difference in the years to come." afirma Luiza Serpa.
